Redesigned and retooled this search based site for non-profits and non governmental organizations (and the people who love them). Used mostly as a resource for job seekers, it also puts organizations in touch with volunteers, organizations and individuals in touch with each other, and much, much more. After the launch of the redesign, traffic and new registrations to the site skyrocketed. I suppose there's something about a nice, clean, fast loading design that inspires trust.
