@KSimpsonHere DOC consistently creates "new" units of isolated confinement by other "new" names, conveniently outside of BOC Minimum Stds. Allowing them to continue this practice looks a lot like creating "new" jails that just aren't named Rikers Island. Time to bring this into the daylight.
